  • On Site = £45 Per Hour within 10miles radius, £60 otherwise then normal hourly rate applies
  • Standard Support: PC or Laptop Hardware problems, operating system problems, application problems, email problems, internet connectivity problems, spam and antivirus protection
  • Telephone, Remote and Email Support  = £10 per 15 mins, 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday Weekends & Bank Holidays as per terms and conditions

 Bronze Package 

  • 10 hour call out for server
  • 10 hour call out for clients
  • Initial Health Check
  • Standard Support: operating system problems, application problems, email problems, internet connectivity and network problems
  • Telephone, Remote and Email Support 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday, Weekend & Bank Holidays as per terms and conditions

 

Silver Package

 

  • 5 hour call out for servers
  • 10 hour call out for clients
  • Bi-Monthly Half Day Visit
  • Initial Health Check, Initial Updating of Service Packs
  • Premium Support: operating system problems, application problems, email problems, internet connectivity and network problems, server administration, server failure problems, additional hardware inc network equipment, printers and scanners
  • Telephone, Remote and Email Support 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday, Weekend & Bank Holidays as per terms and conditions

 

Gold Package

 

  • 5 hour call out for server
  • 5 hour call out for clients
  • Monthly Half Day Visit
  • Initial Health Check
  • Initial Updating of Service Packs
  • Premium Support: operating system problems, application problems, email problems, internet connectivity and network problems, server administration, server failure problems, additional hardware inc network equipment, printers and scanners
  • Hardware replacement at 10% discount on RRP

  • Typical call out charges as follows:
  • On-Site = £55 Per Hour within 10 miles radius, £60 otherwise then normal hourly rate applies

  • On-Site (Full Day) = £440
